Role Description
The Internal Sales Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Royal Sutton Coldfield. This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with production and dispatch to ensure timely delivery. The Internal Sales Administrator will maintain accurate records in internal systems, update customer details, and track order progress.

Daily responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
- Following up on leads
- Providing professional customer service via phone and email
- Assisting with general office administration
- Helping resolve issues promptly
- Contributing to a smooth end-to-end sales process
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive client relationships and resolving queries efficiently.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and confident telephone manner.
- Experience in Order Processing, including data entry, order tracking, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Understanding of basic Sales principles, with ability to support sales activities and follow up on opportunities.
- Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing documents, managing spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and CRM or order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
- Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or a similar business-to-business environment is beneficial but not essential.
