Role Description

The Internal Sales Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Royal Sutton Coldfield. This position is responsible for:

The role involves:

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and respond clearly to client needs.
  • Experience in order processing and sales support, including managing quotations, inputting orders, and tracking progress.
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, such as data entry, documentation, and maintaining organized records.
  • Comfort using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar), CRM systems, and basic reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in print, manufacturing, or a business-to-business service environment is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in business administration, sales, or a related field is beneficial.
