The Wernick Group is the UK's largest and longest-standing national provider of permanent and temporary modular buildings and site accommodation, and is looking for a talented individual to join their team as an Internal Sales Administrator.

About The Role
About the role:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Internal Sales Administrator to support our sales team with tender administration, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), customer documentation, and general sales support activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with documentation, coordinating information, and supporting business opportunities.
As part of a small, collaborative team, the successful candidate will be expected to develop a broad understanding of the wider Internal Sales function and be willing to provide support across a variety of activities when required. This may include assisting with commercial administration, reviewing and calculating hire rates, preparing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), supporting customer account management activities, and building relationships with colleagues across the wider Wernick Group. We encourage cross-training and knowledge sharing within the team to ensure business continuity and maintain excellent service levels during periods of absence or increased workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with completion of PQQs, SQs, and tender documentation
- Gather information from departments to support submissions
- Maintain tender and customer records
- Upload documents to procurement portals
- Assist with quotations and sales documentation
- Monitor deadlines and opportunities
- Produce reports and maintain records
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- Support wider Internal Sales activities as required to ensure continuity of service across the team
- Assist with the calculation, review, and maintenance of hire rates and commercial documentation
- Prepare and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and associated customer documentation
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across the wider Wernick Group
- Develop a working knowledge of all Internal Sales processes and provide cover for colleagues where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Internal Sales team

Required Criteria
- Administration experience in an office environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office
Desired Criteria
- Tender or sales administration experience
- Knowledge of procurement portals
- Experience within a sales or commercial environment
- Willingness to learn and support a variety of commercial and administrative activities
- Ability to build positive working relationships across multiple departments
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to support colleagues and business priorities as required
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing and customer documentation
