Job Overview

Do you have experience within Catering, Hospitality or Retail and are looking for a new challenge away from evenings, weekends and shift work?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Advisor to join our friendly and growing team in Ringwood.

This is a fast-paced and demanding role within a busy sales office, supporting customers across the catering, care, janitorial and hospitality sectors. No two days are the same, and you'll be managing multiple customer enquiries, orders and requests simultaneously. The successful candidate will thrive under pressure, enjoy working at pace and be able to prioritise effectively whilst maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.

Working with a portfolio of valued customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders, providing quotes, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
