Internal Sales Advisor

Boston, Lincolnshire | £27,000-£29,000 + Annual Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Some sales jobs are all about chasing new business. This isn't one of them.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business where you'll build relationships with established customers, develop accounts, spot opportunities and play a visible role in helping drive future growth.

We're working with a successful international business that supplies construction products to customers across the UK. Due to continued growth and investment, they're expanding their sales team with the creation of a brand-new Internal Sales Advisor position.

This isn't simply about processing orders or answering enquiries. It's about understanding customers, identifying opportunities and helping businesses get the most from a trusted supplier. You'll become a key point of contact for an established customer base, building relationships that generate long-term value for both the customer and the business.

Working closely with Account Managers and customers across a variety of sectors, you'll help develop existing accounts, identify growth opportunities and support commercial initiatives designed to increase customer engagement and sales performance.

One day you might be reviewing customer purchasing trends and identifying opportunities to introduce new products. The next, you could be reconnecting with a dormant account, discussing upcoming projects and uncovering opportunities to win back valuable business. Every conversation is different, but the goal remains the same: building stronger relationships and helping customers succeed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
