Internal Sales Advisor | £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE) | North Colchester, Essex (driving licence essential)

My client, a respected supplier within their industry, are currently seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to join their busy, customer-focused team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and has a proactive approach to driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer care
  • Develop and nurture effective working relationships with trade clients and business partners
  • Advise customers on products, pricing and availability, preparing quotes where required
  • Accurately manage orders and maintain customer account information
  • Assist field sales colleagues by identifying opportunities and carrying out follow-up activity
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the CRM system
