As an Internal Salesperson, you will be at the heart of our customer interactions, handling inbound enquiries, providing essential sales admin support to TSMs, and pricing, chasing, and winning orders. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
You'll collaborate closely with our distribution and shipping team, managing customer orders and offering support over the phone. Your professionalism and dedication will shine as you represent the Breedon brand, delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls promptly and professionally, delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times.
- Accurately record and maintain all customer enquiries within the relevant systems.
- Prepare and price quotations accurately and within agreed commercial parameters, ensuring all customer contact details are captured.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and decisions.
- Process customer orders and issue order acknowledgements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and track enquiries through to conclusion, ensuring all opportunities are followed up and outcomes recorded as won or lost.
- Produce weekly sales reports for the Commercial Manager, including won and lost business, significant enquiries, and other key sales performance indicators.
- Prepare and price enquiries as requested by Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling and upselling products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries within agreed timescales, maintaining accurate records of all outstanding issues.
- Log, investigate, and assist in resolving customer complaints in collaboration with production teams and Territory Sales Managers.
- Identify new customer opportunities, monitor changes in customer activity, and support initiatives to grow market share and revenue.
- Support the Distribution team by managing customer enquiries and providing first-contact resolution wherever possible.
- Provide support to other departments as required, contributing to business objectives and customer satisfaction.
