Internal Sales and Marketing Coordinator
The Internal Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports both sales and marketing activities by coordinating events and promotional campaigns, managing customer inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and customer data, while ensuring excellent customer service. The role also monitors marketing performance, maintains marketing materials, supports account managers with product information, and contributes to business growth through effective stakeholder coordination and customer engagement. Experience with CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Excel is preferable.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, seminars, and other products promotion activities.
- Handling incoming communication and inquiries related to marketing.
- Allocating and managing the marketing budget for various initiatives.
- Using various marketing channels to encourage attendance at events.
- Developing engaging content for social media platforms to promote marketing efforts.
- Create and distribute the IKA newsletters to communicate updates, offers, or news.
- Overseeing the tools and platforms used for marketing activities to compile and analyze marketing performance data for monthly reporting.
- Managing inventory and materials related to marketing.
- Verifying that pricing information on the website is accurate and up to date.
- Ensuring all marketing data adheres to GDPR regulations.
- Participating in monthly meetings with the head office to discuss marketing strategies and performance.
- Central (internal and external) point of contact for customers/customer support (e.g., handle incoming calls from customers requesting information, pricing, and availability).
- Creation of offers, response to customer inquiries in accordance with technical requirements, handling correspondence of quotation and order-related questions (product selection, conditions, delivery possibilities, availabilities, etc.).
- Administration and maintenance of end customer data.
- Provide accurate processing of quotes and sales orders to direct customers, within a 24-hour turn around period.
- Provide day-to-day assistance and service to account managers, distributors, direct customers, and service technicians.
- Assist external account managers with communication of product information and technical specifications.

Qualifications
Background in Marketing / Business Management
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales coordination, ideally in the laboratory or process equipment sector.
