Description
Bespoke 77 is looking for a highly organised Internal Sales & Business Development Lead to join our sales team. You'll work closely with James Green, our National Senior Sales Manager, supporting client relationships and taking the lead on rolling out our new CRM.

Founded in 1977, Bespoke 77 has spent almost five decades supplying ceramics, wood, metal and textile products to restaurants, pubs and hospitality groups across the UK. Alongside our core supply business, our Bespoke 77 Innovations team works on bespoke merchandising solutions, and we're continuing to invest in the systems and people that help us serve our customers better. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in getting the details right for the hospitality businesses we work with.

The Role
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, working closely with James Green (National Senior Sales Manager)
- Champion the adoption of HubSpot — encouraging consistent, daily use as our central customer communication tool
- Communicate confidently with clients by phone, email and in person
- Help manage and develop relationships across our existing customer base, and support new business development alongside the wider sales team
- Assist with sales order processing and general sales administration in Cin7
- Build product knowledge across our ranges and UK sourcing options

What We're Looking For
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- A confident, natural communicator — comfortable on the phone, in person and over email
- Experience in an administrative, sales or client-facing role, ideally within an SME
- Comfortable learning and adopting new systems and processes
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player
The Details
- Reports to: James Green, National Senior Sales Manager
- Location: Unit 10/11 Arlesey Business Park, Mill Lane, Arlesey, Bedfordshire SG15 6RF
- Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–4:00pm
- Salary: Dependent on experience
