WE Roberts is looking for an organised and customer-focused Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join our team in Northfleet. You’ll provide essential support to new and existing customers, responding to enquiries, building strong relationships and working with colleagues across the business to find effective solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Supporting and developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Working with other departments to resolve problems and improve the customer experience
- Managing multiple enquiries and administrative tasks accurately
- Using our bespoke systems to maintain customer information
What we’re looking for:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- A confident, friendly telephone manner
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
- A reliable, flexible and collaborative approach
- A genuine interest in building positive customer relationships
