Role Description
The Internal Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in South Croydon. This position involves:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls
- Responding to product inquiries from dental laboratories
- Providing tailored recommendations to meet customer needs

The consultant will:
Get help with your application

- Prepare quotes
- Process orders
- Follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
Daily activities include:
- Supporting existing accounts
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction
The role also requires:
- Clear communication with customers and internal teams
- Participation in ongoing product and sales training
Qualifications
- Sales-focused skills, including Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Customer-oriented skills, such as Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring professional, timely, and effective support.
- Strong Communication skills, including confident phone and email communication and clear documentation of customer interactions.
- Experience in internal sales or account management, preferably within healthcare, dental, or laboratory supplies.
- Comfort using CRM and order management systems, with attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Ability to work on-site in South Croydon, manage multiple tasks, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of dental laboratory products is an advantage; willingness to learn and develop product knowledge is essential.
