We’re looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to join our Customer Experience and Insights team as part of the inbound enquiries team based at our Head Office in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid basis (3 days a week in the office) after your initial training period which will be fully office based whilst you learn and get to know everyone.

What will you be doing?

As the first person our customers will speak to, you’ll be key to delivering top-notch customer service to both new and existing clients. Your main job will be answering enquiries and spotting opportunities to promote and sell our products. You’ll also help out with data management and may get involved with some outbound customer calls.

A background in internal sales or a call centre environment would be highly advantageous, but what matters most is your attitude and enthusiasm.
