Internal Sales Consultant - Waste Management | Hazardous Waste, Sales Growth & Customer Solutions

About The Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join our growing Waste division. You’ll manage inbound enquiries from initial contact through to successful close, providing expert advice and accurate quotations for hazardous waste services.

Working closely with Technical Services, Regional Waste Consultants and operational teams, you’ll develop customer solutions, maximise conversion and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Safetykleen portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong sales skills with technical credibility and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About Us

At Safetykleen, we provide essential parts cleaning, waste collection and environmental advisory services that help customers reduce their environmental footprint and boost operational performance.

With operations in 15 countries and over 1 million services delivered each year, you’ll be joining a stable, growing business with a fast-paced, high-impact and agile environment, where sustainability and long-term customer partnerships are at the heart of what we do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
