We are working with a well-respected organisation who are based just on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre. Joining a small and effective Customer Service and Sales Support team, this organisation are seeking a hardworking and committed customer service and sales support to join their busy team. Working closely across internal departments to meet the needs of external clients, the successful candidate will be dealing with all customer enquiries, orders and issues via telephone and email on a day-to-day basis.
With a strong customer care background, the successful candidate will be involved in a varied day, managing the following tasks:

- Answering inbound calls from customers
- Generating quotes
- Processing orders
- Responding to various email queries
- Build and maintain effective relationships with existing customers
- Complaint & issue handling
- Ad hoc administration support
This is a fully office-based role and will require the successful candidate to hold a high level of customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team where you will be supported, trained, and allowed to develop in this strong team setting.

The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in all MS Office packages
- Experience using SAP is beneficial
- Excellent telephone manner
- Team player
- Assertive approach
