Internal Sales Coordinator
Location: Sherburn in Elmet (Office-based)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
We’re recruiting an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a reputable engineering business based in Sherburn in Elmet. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and driven sales professional who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and converting opportunities.
The role will focus on developing new and existing B2B customer relationships, generating sales opportunities and supporting business growth. You’ll need to be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with customers and proactively following up opportunities.

The Role:
- Contact new and existing B2B customers to generate sales opportunities
- Build relationships and understand customer requirements
- Follow up enquiries and quotations to maximise conversions
- Make outbound calls and engage with key contacts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity
- Work closely with the wider sales team to support growth

What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicator with a proactive sales approach
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Motivated, organised and target-focused
- Previous experience in internal sales, telesales or a customer-facing role would be beneficial
