Salary
circa £27,000 plus benefits
Job Role / Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and suppliers.
- Take calls from clients and handle their queries, escalating issues as necessary.
- Receive sales orders via phone and email, and input them into the CRM.
- Transfer quotes onto Sage.
- Check the database for prices and stock availability.
- Liaise with Head Office in Europe regarding customer queries and the UK Sales Manager.
- Handle import/export paperwork once trained.
- Assist with other duties in the office and warehouse when needed.

Requirements
To be considered for this role you MUST:
- Be willing and quick to learn.
- Enjoy working in a small and busy team.
- Want to take on responsibility once trained.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be numerate and literate.
- Have a good standard of computer literacy.

This role is being advertised by the Telford office of Ethero, where you will find access to both permanent and temporary employment across a wide range of job sectors covering the whole of Shropshire. We also have offices in Stoke and Burton.
