Internal Sales Executive & Customer Service Executive
Location: Sidcup, Kent (Office Based)
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 DOE + Company Bonus
Hours: 08.30am-5pm Monday to Friday (Flexibility if needed)

What’s the role about?
You'll be at the heart of the customer journey, balancing customer service with proactive account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular outbound account management calls to an established customer base.
- Follow up promotional activity and encourage repeat business from existing customers.
- Process sales orders accurately through the ERP system.
- Respond professionally to incoming customer enquiries and order requests.
- Support field sales representatives with appointment booking, quotes, and customer updates.
- Contact prospective customers to introduce the business and distribute product catalogues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support wider sales administration activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise customer retention and revenue opportunities.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in internal sales, customer service, account management.
- Confident and engaging on the telephone.
- Commercially minded with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator with a friendly and professional approach.
- Comfortable working within a busy office-based environment.
- Keen to contribute to a collaborative, values-led business culture.
