JOB OVERVIEW
The primary function in this role is providing internal sales, administration, and management support for the department to the Managing Director. Providing applications engineering assistance to the field-based sales teams. Assisting the Service and Repair Manager with general administration duties. Assisting the Finance department with sales order and invoicing queries. Operating at the Andover facility.
MAIN DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Internal Sales daily tasks for Evolution Measurement and assistance with other Business Units.
- Observe and maintain the company’s procedures in accordance with our ISO9001:2015 and pending ISO14001:2015 accreditations.
- Production & Management of Customer Product and Service and Repair Quotations.
- Sales Order Entry and Control for product and service-related orders.
- Service and repair Co-Ordination support with Service and Repair Manager.
- Internal and External Technical Support.
- General Support to Area Sales Managers.
- Management of Price List Information.
- ERP/CRM Management and Upkeep.
- Raising and Control of Purchase Orders.
- AR / AP Management support.
- Shipping and Goods Inwards.
- Customer Invoicing on completion of orders.
- Import/Export Clearance.
- Liaising with Production, Engineering and Service and Repair departments.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Essential problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Able to work independently and as part of an international team.
- Strong Administration background.
- Good IT Skills, including use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams.

ADDITIONAL BENEFICIAL SKILLS
- HubSpot CRM/Global Shop Solutions ERP/MRP, or similar.
- Quotation Generation, Sales Order Processing, AP/AR invoicing.
- Background in Engineering, Product Technical Support, Service & Repair Environments.
- Shipping and Goods Inward / Customs Entry.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Our office is based in Andover Hampshire, and as such, applicants must live within a 15/20-mile radius and be able to commute daily to the office.
- We are unable to sponsor work visas for this position, and therefore applicants must be legally able to work in the UK.
