Location: Kilburn, London
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm | Alt Saturdays 6.30am – 3.30pm

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join a Plumbing and Heating team in Kilburn. You will manage inbound enquiries, support trade and commercial customers, and convert leads into orders through your plumbing and heating expertise and tailored solutions.
You will also focus on winning new business, growing existing accounts, and managing a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets. Building relationships, re-engaging lapsed customers, and identifying new opportunities will be key.
Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure smooth order processing while keeping accurate records and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win new business and grow existing accounts
