About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic sales team, supporting customers and colleagues throughout the entire sales journey. From preparing quotations and progressing opportunities from enquiry to order, to building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service, you'll help drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

You'll be proactively following up leads, keeping customers informed at every stage, and ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded. While product knowledge is beneficial, full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop and grow within a sales environment.
What we’re looking for in our Internal Sales Executive:
- Confident and professional communicator with a natural ability to build positive relationships over the phone and in writing
- Customer-focused mindset, committed to delivering an exceptional service experience and exceeding expectations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
- Strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve shared goals and business success
- IT literate, comfortable using a variety of systems and software to support daily operations and customer interactions
