Richard Austin Alloys Ltd deal in the storage and distribution of a large range of Stainless Steel and Aluminium products. Our head office is based in Glasgow. The business trades from 7 principal locations employing circa 350 staff with a group turnover in excess of £200m.

Due to further expansion a fantastic new opportunity has arisen to join Richard Austin Alloys as an internal sales executive. Your remit will be to develop and nurture long standing relationships with key stakeholders resulting in selling a comprehensive product range and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Efficiently dealing with incoming telephone and website enquiries
  • Following the company lead process to ensure each lead is processed correctly
  • Managing daily sales tasks
  • Build and nurture long term relationships with customers
  • Able to demonstrate a desire to win in a competitive market
  • Always looking for creative ways to develop the business
  • Commercial and business acumen together with strong networking skills
  • Enthusiastic, driven, creative and focused
