Internal Sales

Location: Alcester, Warwickshire

Salary: Competitive salary + Bonus

Hours: Full-time / Monday–Friday

Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy

About the role

We’re growing — and we’re looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join our team. We are a fast-growing solar wholesale business, supplying solar and renewable energy products to customers across the UK.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our BDM team and looking after our customers. This isn't a role where you'll simply sit answering enquiries — you'll be actively involved in sales, account management, quoting, and developing customer relationships. You'll become an important part of the commercial engine of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting our BDMs with their customer accounts
  • Handling inbound sales enquiries and converting them into orders
  • Preparing and following up quotations
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Following up outstanding quotations and potential orders
  • Checking product availability and working with purchasing/warehouse teams
  • Processing and managing customer orders
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the order process
  • Dealing with customer queries quickly and professionally
  • Helping resolve delivery, product, and order issues
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and customer records
  • Proactively contacting existing customers to generate additional sales

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
