Role: Internal Sales Executive

Contract: Permanent

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1EH

Salary: Realistic OTE of £35,000 in your first year

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week


As an Internal Sales Executive, you will focus on generating new business revenue and promoting additional services to existing customers. Your role involves achieving sales targets, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on all opportunities to maximise conversion rates
  • Gather core information to offer the correct products
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Achieve set revenue targets
  • Liaise with the contracts department and depots to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Accurately input and update information in CRM
  • Develop prospective customers by exploring additional sites and opportunities
  • Generate cross-selling leads
  • Perform other office duties as required

About You:

  • Experience in B2B telesales with a proven ability to close sales over the phone
  • Professional selling skills and target-driven mindset
  • Proven success in achieving targets
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • High level of commitment and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Understanding of customer care principles
