Role Description
The Internal Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Salford. This position involves:

- Generating and qualifying leads
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Supporting customers with product information
- Management of inbound sales inquiries
- Preparing and issuing quotations
- Following up to convert opportunities into orders

The Internal Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the external sales and technical teams to ensure customers receive timely, informed responses and a high level of service.
Skills Required
- Strong Lead Generation skills, including identifying new opportunities and nurturing prospects (50% of this role is developing new business).
- Possess strong Inside Sales experience, including managing inquiries and supporting the sales pipeline.
- Skilled in preparing and managing Quotations, with attention to accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Relevant experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or technical product sales is beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and basic data entry is advantageous.
- A proactive, organized approach and the ability to work effectively in a sales environment are essential.
