Advocate Group is proud to represent GLOWWA, a multi-award-winning wellness and beauty brand, in their search for an Internal Partnership Manager to join their growing Manchester team.

The Role:
We are looking for a candidate that can make their mark by growing GLOWWA’s national salon partnership network. Here’s how:
- Take ownership of the commercial performance of an allocated postcode territory.
- Identify, convert and onboard new salon partnership opportunities.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing salon partners, driving retention and account growth.
- Build strong, long-term relationships and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement.
- Work closely with Territory Educators to coordinate onboarding, education and ongoing customer support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer interaction is followed through.
- Manage orders, customer queries and account activity accurately through Salesforce.
- Deliver against monthly new business and commercial targets.

About You:
- Experience within sales, account management, customer success or another commercially focused customer-facing role.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability to create trust with customers.
- A proactive and commercially driven approach to winning new business and identifying opportunities.
- Target-focused, organised and confident managing a large portfolio of customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence using CRM systems and technology.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing positively to a growing team.
- Experience within the professional hair, beauty or wellness industry would be advantageous.
- Previous B2B sales, salon account management or Salesforce experience would be a bonus.
