About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused team player to join our ever-growing business.
You will be a proactive, driven and positive individual with a strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. As a key point of contact for our customers throughout the order process, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to remain calm and positive when working under pressure.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where adaptability and a can-do attitude are essential. You will also be commercially aware and proactive, identifying opportunities to maximise sales, close opportunities and increase revenue wherever possible.
The successful candidate will be confident working both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results. Good product knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning are important, alongside a “One Team” approach to supporting colleagues and achieving business goals together.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure that all customer enquiries are handled and executed within the agreed parameters, with a focus of our customer service communication being best in class. Multi-tasking between answering the phone and imputing orders at the same time is a key requirement.
- Process orders to an exceptionally accurate level to ensure the customer receives the best experience possible.
- Working with the wider sales teams to develop and grow sales with existing and potential customers. Produce quotes and close opportunities within Keylink to a conversion target. Upsell to customers to increase products specification and volume. Identify opportunities and make proactive calls with a view to increase revenue.
- Have a good understanding of product offerings and process knowledge of all Keylite product range, to an extent to be able to answer customer queries via telephone, email and face to face and be a brand ambassador for Keylite.
- Maintain ERP & CRM system in-line with the organisation and market demands, striving for operational efficiencies where necessary.
- Liaise effectively with all Keylite teams to provide the customer with the best experience possible.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
- The confidence to challenge constructively and offer clear, evidence-based advice but show empathy where required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Resilience and adaptability when dealing with the fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset, with a genuine passion for finding a solution.
- High levels of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- GCSE grades in Maths and English
- Minimum 1-year proactive sales, customer service or administration experience desirable but not essential.
