Are you an ambitious salesperson looking to step into a high-growth sector where you can grow your career and maximize your earning potential?

Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.

Working with a global corporate travel management company, this is no script-reading call centre job. It's a lead generation and business development role for a B2B sales whizz.

This job pays circa £30k basic + performance-related bonus that could see you double your salary. It's a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days per week in the West London office.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Uncovering New Business: Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via phone calls, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and video to engage corporate decision-makers.
  • Qualifying Opportunities: Ask smart, purposeful questions to understand corporate travel structures, identify pain points, and qualify prospective clients.
  • Booking High-Value Meetings: Secure high-quality discovery calls for yourself and/or sales managers.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking your activity, conversions, and pipeline growth.
  • Sales Cycle Exposure: As you develop, you’ll shadow senior managers, assist with RFPs/proposals, present pitch decks, and learn to close your own deals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
