Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support required to join a leading Flow Control Manufacturer.
The successful Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support will manage key accounts & generate new business opportunities across the flow control sector, working in irrigation, building services and wholesale. Full product training provided.
The Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support will have a technical background selling Flow control products or solutions. Sales experience within irrigation, pumps and valves is advantageous. Must be able to commute to the office in Bury St Edmunds.
Package:
- Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 (Depending on experience)
- Bonus
- Holiday: 25 days + Bank holiday

Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support responsibilities:
- Produce technical quotations and assist customers with product selection for various products.
- Handle inbound enquiries for Irrigation products and solutions and manage warm leads, ensuring a high level of customer support throughout the sales process.
- Provide account management and post-sale support to maintain long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Speaking to customers, winning business, following up on opportunities and providing excellent service.
- Liaising with our external sales team, purchasing, warehouse, logistics and accounts teams.
- Office based in Bury St Edmunds.

- Experience as an Internal Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer, Internal Sales Engineer, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Sales Representative or similar titles within Flow control.
- Technical Flow control background, selling couplings, pipes, filters, and pumps, with ball valves, PVC pressure systems, water meters, and pressure gauges, is advantageous.
- Must have a proactive business development approach alongside internal sales handling.
- Sales experience within the irrigation sector is desirable.
- Enthusiasm, determination and motivation to grow within a leading Flow control manufacturer.
- To be within a commutable distance to the office in Bury St Edmunds.
