About the Role

We are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive for an ambitious and rapidly growing B2B organisation based in central Manchester. This is a varied, customer-focused position combining inbound sales, account management and proactive customer engagement. You will manage incoming enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and build relationships with existing and lapsed customers to increase repeat business.

It is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and developing commercial relationships, but does not want a traditional high-volume cold-calling role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as a first point of contact for new and existing customers
  • Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries
  • Preparing quotations and converting enquiries into orders
  • Processing purchase orders and sales orders accurately
  • Proactively contacting existing and lapsed accounts
  • Developing customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
  • Identifying cross-selling and account-growth opportunities
  • Following up outstanding quotations and commercial opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure orders are delivered smoothly
  • Sharing customer feedback and potential commercial opportunities with the wider business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
