About This Role
Are you an Internal Sales Executive, Telesales Executive, Lead Generation Executive or Sales Development Representative looking for your next opportunity? If you enjoy building relationships, uncovering opportunities and turning conversations into business, this Internal Sales Executive role with Dawsongroup EMC could be exactly what you have been looking for.
- Generate new short term hire opportunities across our municipal, plant and industrial product range.
- Proactively identify and qualify new business using CRM, market research, customer insights and industry intelligence.
- Work closely with our Area Sales Managers, Hire Desk and Fleet teams to maximise opportunities and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Build strong customer relationships, prepare quotations and help convert enquiries into successful hire agreements.
About You
You enjoy speaking with people, asking the right questions and creating opportunities through great conversations. Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing or an internal sales environment will help you hit the ground running, but if you have transferable sales skills and the right attitude, we would still love to hear from you.

- Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing or internal sales.
- Confident communicating with customers and building long lasting relationships.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, with CRM experience being desirable rather than essential.
