Internal Sales Executive

Location: Bristol
Salary: £Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday
Reference: ASPLIV

Our client, a well-established metal stockholder based in Bristol, is looking for a motivated and commercially focused Internal Sales Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide accurate, competitive quotations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales across existing accounts.
  • Proactively follow up quotations and enquiries to maximise conversion.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide the right products and solutions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and delivered to customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information on the company's system.
  • Keep up to date with market conditions, pricing, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within the metals industry is essential.
  • Proven experience in an internal sales, sales office, or account management role.
  • Confident communicating with customers by telephone and email.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of customer service and sales.
  • Proactive, resilient, and target-driven approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Package

  • Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience.
  • Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30 / 08:30-16:45 Friday
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
  • Quarterly profit share bonus
  • Pension matched up to 8.7% after 12 months service
