One of the leading names in the personal care & homecare ingredient distribution space is looking to hire an 'Internal Sales & Support Executive' to their West Yorkshire based team.
Joining a team of sales managers, you will be involved with taking over a portfolio of active and dormant accounts, typically manufacturers of cosmetic, personal care and homecare products across the UK.
You will be expected to grow and manage your account base, through internal and outbound communications and hence a confident, articulate telephone manner is essential.

What you will do:
- Managing an agreed level of internal accounts by generating revenue for the company.
- Identifying potential customers through research and outreach.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
- Following up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular quotation/product/sample.
- Negotiating terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with customers
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Develop a good understanding of the company's products to effectively communicate product offerings to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team by providing information, generating quotes, and assisting in the sales process to meet targets.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product/service improvements and enhance overall customer experience.

What you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Personal Care industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach and strong organisational skills.
- Competence in negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Customer relationship management and support skills.
- Analytical skills for maintaining accurate sales records and preparing reports.
Note - This role offers hybrid flexibility with 2 days per week in the office
