Protect what matters. Build what's next.
At A-SAFE, your work helps customers solve real operational and safety challenges. You'll identify opportunities, open doors and help grow one of the most exciting parts of our business.
We're looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to support the growth of RackEye, A-SAFE's active racking management solution.
This isn't a scripted sales role where success is measured by call volume. It's about having intelligent conversations, uncovering genuine opportunities and helping build a scalable commercial function from the ground up.
Working alongside two Business Development Managers, you'll generate qualified opportunities, manage pipeline activity and help deliver a great customer experience from first conversation through to handover.
For someone with outbound sales experience and aspirations to move into Business Development, Technical Sales or Customer Success, this is a genuine career opportunity.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying opportunities through proactive outbound activity, targeted campaigns and customer conversations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
