Internal Telesales Executive
Location: Holmfirth
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus

We're working with an established, family-run business that is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Telesales Executive to join its friendly, down-to-earth team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and achieving goals. You don't need previous sales experience, just the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn are what matter most!

What will you be doing as a Internal Telesales Executive?
- Generating new leads by researching businesses and identifying potential customers from scratch.
- Making outbound calls to introduce the business and its products to new prospects.
- Building rapport with customers across a variety of industries, including construction, industrial, education, hospitality and more.
- Arranging qualified appointments for senior members of the external sales team.
- Identifying opportunities, preparing quotations and winning business directly over the phone.
- Following up on enquiries and quotations to turn interest into sales.
- Exploring opportunities with existing customers and introducing them to additional products and services.
- Keeping customer records and sales opportunities up to date.
- Working towards achievable sales and appointment-setting targets as part of a supportive team.
