We're looking for an organised, commercially-minded Internal Sales Executive to join our Construction & Industry team and play a key role in converting enquiries into orders while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Managing inbound enquiries from customers via phone, email and website
- Preparing and following up quotations
- Progressing sales opportunities and converting them into orders
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and generate repeat business
- Supporting customers with consumables, spares, hire equipment and projects
- Maintaining accurate records within HubSpot CRM
- Working closely with the external sales team to support revenue growth

What we're looking for
You'll likely have experience in one of the following:
- Internal Sales
- Sales Support
- Customer Service
- Account Management
- Business Development Support
You'll be someone who:
- Enjoys speaking with customers
- Is organised and proactive
- Has strong communication skills
- Is commercially aware
- Takes ownership and follows things through
- Enjoys working as part of a team
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with HubSpot would be beneficial.

About the role
This position supports our Construction & Industry sector and is responsible for managing enquiries, quotations and customer opportunities across hire equipment, consumables, spares and projects. The role allows Account Managers to focus on strategic accounts and major opportunities while ensuring customers receive a responsive, professional service.
