About You
Do you thrive on the kind of selling where you build and sustain relationships with customers, not just sell them a product in the moment? Are you keen to grow and develop your career at a successful and well-recognised brand that is rooted in the idea of sustainability? Do you want a job where your drive and your ability to communicate are absolutely vital?

If that sounds like you, we would love to speak to you.

About the Role
This position joins our UK dispenser business, working with business customers in environments like offices, hospitals, schools, and hospitality settings. Our customers are not just buying a water dispenser from us, they’re buying a service, and we want them to work with us for the long term. You’ll be working with existing customers through their renewal cycles, as well as inbound leads from marketing campaigns and general enquiries. It’s a role that requires communication, relationship-building, and strong organization skills to make sure that follow-ups happen and that customers get the right level of attention from first contact and throughout their contract.

You’ll be investigating and understanding customer needs, working with them to build quotes and proposals that answer those needs, and managing the contract processes (whether new or renewals) to move sales through to completion. That will mean partnering closely both with other parts of the sales organization (Key Accounts, Field Sales, and Customer Experience) and the wider business including Marketing, Service, and Finance to deliver great customer journeys. Our sales organization works towards targets as a team, and that collaboration with the rest of the business is vital to our ongoing success.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
