Oceanair Marketing Coordinator
Oceanair is an award-winning distributor of air conditioning and heating products, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and help build brand awareness.
Purpose
We're looking to develop the next generation of Oceanair account manager. Not just a salesperson. Not somebody to fill a telesales role. We're looking for a future branch asset!

Initial Responsibilities
- Shared inbox support.
- Customer communication.
- Quote follow-up.
- Order progression.
- Supplier liaison.
- Project support.
- Learning existing customer relationships.
Progression Path
Year 1:
- Customer support.
- Learn the industry.
Year 2:
- Smaller account ownership.
Year 3:
- Meaningful customer book.
Ideal Candidate
Experience within the industry would be an advantage, however full training is provided. We are really looking for somebody who is:
- Organised.
- Responsive.
- Has good communication skills.
- Commercially aware.
- Has a positive attitude.
- Looking to build a long-term career.
