JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Manager- Public Sector
Location: Nottingham - onsite
Position: Full Time
Salary: £Competitive + Bonus

Are you an experienced Internal Sales Manager who knows how to get the best from a sales team while still keeping a strong commercial focus? XMA is looking for an Internal Sales Manager to lead and develop its public sector internal sales team (10 Internal Account Managers) in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader who enjoys coaching people, creating a high-performance culture and driving sustainable revenue and customer growth. You'll have the opportunity to shape how the team operates, translating XMA's commercial priorities into clear sales activity while helping your people develop, perform and succeed.

What You'll Be Doing: Internal Sales Manager – Public Sector
- Leading, coaching and developing the internal sales team to achieve revenue, margin and customer growth targets.
- Creating clear sales plans, targets and activity aligned with XMA's commercial priorities.
- Driving new business while developing existing customer relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Managing pipeline and forecasting, ensuring opportunities are qualified, progressed and accurately reflected within CRM.
- Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing sales culture through regular coaching, 1:1s and development.
- Working closely with Sales Directors, Marketing and wider teams to maximise opportunities and deliver an excellent customer experience.
About You / Your Experience: Internal Sales Manager- Public Sector
- Proven experience managing and developing a successful Internal sales team.
- Knowledge of Education, Public Sector or Healthcare markets would be advantageous.
- Strong commercial background with responsibility for revenue and gross margin targets.
- Track record of coaching salespeople and improving individual and team performance.
- Experience driving both new business and account growth.
- Confident managing sales pipelines, forecasting and CRM activity.
