Role Description

The Internal Sales role at Juice Electrical Supplies is a full-time, on-site position based in Pinxton. The Internal Sales team member will handle inbound customer enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and provide product recommendations that align with customer requirements and energy-efficient solutions.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Following up on leads
  • Supporting external sales activities
  • Ensuring timely communication with suppliers and logistics
  • Maintaining accurate records in the sales system
  • Contributing to stock and pricing queries
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider team to identify sales opportunities and support continuous improvement in sales processes and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in Sales, including order processing, quoting, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Background in Training or mentoring within a sales or customer service environment, and exposure to Sales Management or team coordination is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with electrical products or wholesale distribution is an advantage, along with good numerical skills for pricing and margin awareness.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pinxton, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
