Internal Sales Executive – HVAC
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Generous Commission Package
Location: Onsite
We are looking for a confident and driven Internal Sales Executive to join a growing HVAC business.
This is a phone-based sales role focused on making outbound calls to both existing customers and new prospects, developing relationships, identifying potential HVAC requirements, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and new prospects from provided databases and lead lists.
- Reconnect with previous customers and develop relationships with prospective customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities across HVAC servicing, maintenance, repairs, replacements, and installations.
- Qualify opportunities and pass relevant leads to the wider sales and service teams.
- Follow up on previous enquiries, leads, and customer opportunities.
- Keep the CRM fully updated with customer details, call notes, outcomes, and follow-up activity.
- Schedule callbacks and follow-ups where appropriate.
- Work towards agreed call, activity, and sales targets.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, outbound sales, appointment setting, or a similar phone-based role.
- Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
- Target-driven and motivated by earning commission.
- Good attention to detail and comfortable using CRM systems.
- Organised, reliable, and self-motivated.
- HVAC industry experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided.
