On behalf of a prestigious international pharmaceutical company, we are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join the commercial team and support the development of new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with customers and healthcare professionals across Liverpool and the wider UK market.
The company specialises in the development and distribution of pharmaceutical products, healthcare solutions and specialist services, working with pharmacies, clinics, healthcare providers, distributors and professional organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business in a commercially focused role with clear opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive inside sales activities.
- Contact prospective and existing customers via email, LinkedIn and video conferencing.
- Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Manage the sales process from lead qualification through to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams.
- Monitor sales pipelines, KPIs and commercial performance.

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Devices or Life Sciences sectors would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
- Comfortable working towards ambitious sales targets.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.
