Responsibilities
- Providing the service of aggregates, concrete, muck away, and grabs to our customers and sales colleagues.
- Making outbound telephone calls to new and existing customers, taking orders and updating order systems.
- Preparing and sending quotes to customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints or passing to relevant members of the team, including technical team to assist.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively targeting new accounts.
- Use your initiative to identify sales opportunities.
- Efficiently respond and administer to customer sales enquiries and needs providing an outstanding level of customer service.
- Communicate with the supply chain to obtain pricing, stock levels and lead times.
- Working closely within the commercial team on a day-to-day basis, to maximise sales leads, customer engagement opportunities in winning new work.

Qualifications

- At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
