We’re looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Polypipe.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customers, proactively building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to grow sales. Through regular customer contact, you’ll support promotional activity, introduce customers to relevant products and solutions, and ensure they receive a consistently high level of service.

Working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing and the wider business, you’ll play an important part in strengthening customer relationships, uncovering new commercial opportunities and supporting the continued growth of Polypipe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a structured call plan across your portfolio of customers, maintaining regular contact and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling and introducing customers to new and relevant product ranges.
  • Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts and take action to unlock their potential.
  • Build strong, trusted and long-lasting relationships with key customer contacts.
  • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day customer queries, ensuring they are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Act as an ambassador for the business, promoting value-added services and supporting customer loyalty.
  • Promote and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activity across your customer base.
  • Monitor the success of promotional activity and provide feedback to marketing and commercial colleagues.
  • Tailor your approach to reflect individual customer requirements, seasonality and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records covering customer interactions, sales activity and opportunities.
  • Provide insights into customer behaviour, competitor activity and market developments.
  • Work collaboratively with field-based account managers, sales leaders and support teams to provide a joined-up approach to customers.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers and contribute ideas for continually improving the customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
