What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and qualify inbound leads, routing larger opportunities to field sales or channel partners while independently owning suitable opportunities through to close.
- Generate outbound sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct discovery conversations and product demonstrations that align ChargePoint solutions to customer business challenges.
- Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to develop and advance joint opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales leadership regarding lead quality, customer objections, and market trends.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound activity.
- Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and effectively uncover customer requirements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities across customers and partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales activity and pipeline data.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of inside sales, business development, or related sales experience.
- Experience within technology, SaaS, or solution-based selling environments preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong objection-handling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Native-level English required. Additional European language skills are advantageous.
- Experience within EV charging, energy, or sustainability sectors is beneficial but not required.
