Are you a sales leader who thrives on driving growth, coaching high-performing teams and turning activity into commercial results?
As an Internal Sales Supervisor at A-SAFE, you will lead and develop a team of Internal Sales Executives, helping them generate high-quality appointments, build stronger customer relationships and create new business opportunities.

You will coach, mentor and lead from the front, ensuring your team delivers measurable growth while working closely with Area Sales Managers to support territory plans and commercial priorities. The ideal Internal Sales Supervisor is motivated by results, passionate about developing people and ready to make a visible impact on business growth.

- Improve outbound calling effectiveness by helping your team build confidence, raise call quality and secure more valuable customer appointments.
- Work alongside the team, providing real-time coaching and practical support rather than managing from a distance.
- Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers and Sales Leadership to align internal sales activity with territory growth plans and target accounts.
- Use data, CRM insights and sales metrics to identify opportunities, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Help grow existing accounts through stakeholder mapping while supporting the team in winning new customers through targeted prospecting activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
