Job Description:
Fireward is a UK supplier and installer of fire suppression systems, protecting vehicles, plant, and machinery across a wide range of industries. We are growing our national sales operation and are looking for an Internal Sales Support Executive to join our team in Witham.
Overview of Role:
The role contributes to the success of Fireward by supporting the national sales team and delivering fire suppression excellence to our existing and prospective customer base. The key objective is to support the execution of sales targets and increase the national customer portfolio by effectively developing opportunities in the market whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop new business from Witham to be passed onto Regional Sales Managers via leads and prospecting.
- Management of Hubspot (CRM Tool) data from Customers, contacts, and deals.
- Establish in-roads to businesses not already on the CRM system as well as re-engage with lapsed accounts.
- Liaise with Operations team regarding sales management fleet data, operational lead times, and sales-based organization.
- Provide sales support function to Head of Sales with reports for weekly and monthly meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support for End User new customer account set ups in the case of OEM and OED-based.
- Attend trade shows nationally with the Sales Team promoting the Fireward brand.
- Where required, provide technical datasheets, marketing literature, and quotes from customer-led enquiries.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Professional personal with high attention to detail.
- Interdepartmental and external skills via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Ability to work to KPIs and time-critical tasks.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and client data management.
- Sales admin experience.
- Knowledge of heavy plant & machinery, waste recycling, ports, aggregates market, heavy plant OED networks (desirable).
