Description

Hybrid role, 3 days in our Fleet office.

Checkit uniquely combines smart sensors and workflow software to provide the analytics and insights that complex organizations need to deliver a safer, more efficient and streamlined service to their customers. Our clients are spread across the healthcare, biopharma, assisted living, food service, retail and facilities management sectors.

We are looking to add to our Internal Service Delivery team in our Fleet office, with the addition of a Internal Services Delivery Co-Ordinator. Reporting to the Internal Service Delivery Team Leader, you will work with our external customers to coordinate and manage the CAM Sensor Swap Program here at Checkit.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and manage the CAM Sensor Swap Program
  • Handle pick, pack, ship activities for self-swap customers
  • Quoting customers
  • Arranging calibration of sensors
  • Administer Small Works requests and manage fulfilment
  • Process orders won to Small Works Projects
  • Providing customer updates
  • Ordering parts via Salesforce
  • Ensure all relevant information is gathered for Svc Del handover
  • Shipping
  • Calibration Certificate Uploads
  • Uploading calibration certificates to the customer portal
  • Covering Stores
  • Covering stores duties as required due to sickness / annual leave etc.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer facing or service-delivery roles
  • Ideally some experience with logistics or technical administration
  • Highly organised, and detail-focused
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Customer-focused with a strong service mindset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, CRM tools
  • Able to prioritise effectively
