Internal Talent Acquisition
Location: London, Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
About Our Client
We are excited to be partnering with a specialist STEM executive search business looking to scale immensely within the next three years.
Our client is a specialist executive search firm partnering with leading organisations across the STEM sectors. Headquartered in London, with offices in the US, they appoint senior leadership and executive talent across Europe and North America.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on internal recruitment role with real ownership and impact. Working directly with the Founders, you will lead internal hiring across the business, from junior Search Consultants through to senior leaders. Proactively headhunting active and passive recruitment professionals rather than relying on advertising. You will own the full recruitment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment, directly approaching high-performing recruitment professionals.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and networks across selected industries, competitor businesses, universities and early-career networks, providing market intelligence and salary benchmarking along the way.
- Own the interview process end-to-end defining stages and criteria, coordinating momentum, and leading feedback and debriefs while delivering a professional candidate experience throughout.
- Own onboarding for every new hire (supported by Operations), partner with Marketing on employer-brand content, and represent the business at networking, university and industry events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
