You'll play a key role in supporting customers and our external sales team, combining your technical expertise with a customer focused approach to deliver effective hydraulic solutions. No two days are the same, as you'll be involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from individual component requirements to larger solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales support to customers and the external sales team.
- Prepare quotations and identify suitable hydraulic solutions based on customer requirements.
- Support customers with product selection and technical advice.
- Manage enquiries from initial contact through to order completion.
- Work on a diverse range of projects, from small component sales to large scale hydraulic system applications.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide after sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to deliver the best possible outcomes.

About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
You'll ideally have:
- A solid understanding of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems.
- Experience working within the hydraulics industry.
- A qualification in Mechanical Engineering (HND, HNC, or equivalent preferred).
- The ability to interpret technical information and provide practical solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, friendly, and professional approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and a desire to continually develop your skills.
