Momentum Warranties Ltd is one of the UK’s established and trusted providers of vehicle warranty products, supporting motor dealers and their customers across the UK. With over 20 years’ experience in the market, our team brings extensive knowledge from working within dealer groups, independent motor dealer sites, and managing manufacturer and dealer product programmes.
Our purpose is simple: to help dealers sell more vehicles, protect their customers, and provide warranty solutions that are clear, reliable and commercially valuable. We pride ourselves on strong dealer relationships, high levels of customer care, in-house support, digital systems, and a practical, motor-trade-led approach to warranty products and claims.
As part of our continued growth, we are now looking to appoint an Internal Telesales Professional to join our team at our Head Office in Perth.
This is a sales-focused role for someone who is confident speaking with customers, comfortable working towards targets and capable of turning conversations into genuine sales opportunities. You will be responsible for speaking with existing and prospective customers, identifying their requirements, explaining the benefits of our products clearly and professionally, and converting opportunities into sales.
This is not simply about making calls. We are looking for someone who can communicate well, listen, build rapport, understand customer needs and confidently ask for the sale.
The Role
Working as part of our Internal Sales Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Handling inbound sales enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable Momentum products.
- Following up sales opportunities, quotations and previous enquiries.
- Building strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Converting opportunities into sales while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
- Working towards individual and departmental sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate customer information and records within our internal systems.
- Managing your own follow-up activity and sales pipeline.
- Supporting promotional campaigns and targeted sales activity.
- Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations and Customer Support.
- Ensuring all customer communication is clear, accurate and compliant.
- Taking ownership of your performance and contributing positively to the wider team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
